Terms and Conditions:

To access the services provided by Star Foundation, candidates/tutors/teacher must undergo a registration process either online or offline. A registration fee of Rs. 1000/- is required to be paid by the candidate/tutor, which can be settled in either cash or through banking methods.

Upon successful registration with Star Foundation, candidates will receive leads for tuition interview, tuition opportunities. Upon acceptance of any tuition assignment, tutors are obligated to remit 50% of their first month's fee within 7 days of joining

The registration for candidates/tutors/teacher remains valid for 6 months or until completion of 5 tuition assignments. To continue accessing the services of Star Foundation, candidates/tutors/teacher must undergo the renewal process.

Star Foundation does not guarantee the successful settlement of any tuition assignments. The outcome of each assignment depends on the interaction between the tutor and the student/parents/guardian.

Star Foundation does not assume responsibility for the conduct of guardians/parents or students. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate/tutor to address any inquiries or verifications required.

Failure by any candidate/tutor to remit 50% of their first month's fee within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of their registration, rendering them ineligible to access Star Foundation services. To regain access, the candidate must re-register with Star Foundation and settle any outstanding payments. However, the organization reserves the right to extend the payment deadline for the first month's fee at its sole discretion.

Any disputes concerning Star Foundation shall be governed by the jurisdiction of Lucknow exclusively.
